What counts as "product catalog" vs "published"?

Catalog = in PromoSync. Published = live in Shopify.

Your product catalog includes all products pulled from suppliers and stored in your PromoSync account. You choose which ones to publish to your Shopify store. This lets you curate your storefront without paying for products you don't want to sell.

Can I change plans anytime?
